Being a born German fellow and being self employed most of my live I am very critical with customer service and "what people are trying to tell me"! Saying that I contacted Karan the first time beginning of March 2024 to get the ceramic coating done at my new car because the coating was highly recommended by a friend of mine in Germany. So I googled it and I found "Diamond Shine" in Abbotsford with a rating of 4.9 by over 300 ratings. I contacted the owner Karan and we setup a date for the coating. Still being a little skeptical about what I can expect for the money I burn, I just let him do the job and when I picked up my car I couldn't believe the difference. Karan explained everything in detail what he is doing with the car and he kept his word!!! It was raining when I picked up the car but the rain just ran off without me even using the wipers. Being super happy with his work I went to Germany and when I came back I immediately setup another appointment to get my windows tinted (Karan and I talked about that during the ceramic coating process). I asked him if I can wait for the car while he is doing the job and he said yes. So I spend one morning watching him doing the tinting and I was extremely impressed about his professionalism and all the explanation what I will see that will happen within the next week and that shouldn't have to worry about it because it is normal. And even if I am not totally happy after a week, he asked me to call him and that he will just fix it, no problem. Well, what I wanna say is that if I could give separate ratings for customer service, kindness, product information, process information or what ever people like to see for services he offers... I would give him 5 stars for each of them! Simply because he and his guys simply deserve it. Enjoy your experience with this company as much as I did :-) I will definitely come back!!!
I was very impressed with his knowledge and professional work. A family member had their car done by him 2 years ago, so he was my first choice bc of their happy results. Ty so much for caring for my car as if it were yours.
After I got the uv protection on my car and the film on my entire hood from rock chips, I went back to get more protection on my front bumper from rock chips. All of his work is warrantied thru ICBC. The uv protection for 5 years and the film for 10 years. Also, you can, if you choose to, go back every year for only 150.00 to reapply your uv protection on the entire car.
