I have been training with Diana for 2 months going on 3 and she is definitely a trainer who cares about her clients. She understands that nobody is perfect and that sometimes life comes at you. But she is always there pushing you to do better and be better. She gives you realistic goals and meal plans. She has pushed me in the gym to believe in myself and in turn it has helped me with my overall confidence in my everyday life. Thank you Diana !

Diana is amazing not only does she have lots of patience when it comes to your training, but she truly takes the time and dedication to help you and guide you through this new beginning in your life’s. I’ve been training with Diana since December and she has helped me in so many ways. I truly recommend her 100% Diana has helped me build my self esteem so much. Diana has helped me with my confidence and helping me be able to go into the gym without feeling uncomfortable. Not only is she your trainer but she pushes you and makes you feel comfortable around her at all times. I don’t know what I would do without her!! Diana is the best of the best. I can now say I can walk into a gym and not feel LOST she has gave me so many different workouts. Thanks Diana for helping me and guiding me though my new journey in life. 🙌🏼💪🏼

My first time joining Diana’s 8 week challenge was amazing. She will motivate you and make you feel 100% comfortable. Diana has patience with all her clients to teach proper form. Throughout the challenge you will learn a lot of tips and tricks to workouts and meal plans. If you haven’t joined one of her challenges I suggest you give her a try you won’t regret it. She will answer all your questions so don’t be afraid to ask. Diana cares about your improvements.
