I’ve been with wic for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience they have always been professional and respectful but I recently had a bad experience with a worker, she called me and it only rang 2 times, when I called back I was notified that it was the appointment but it also wasn’t the time I was told the appointment was … also she was super rude and disrespectful didn’t explain anything like they usually do just overall would give it 0 stars if I could .(never got her name was to upset about the whole experience I didn’t even think to ask but it was on 7/9/24 at around 2:31pm).
