Friendly and very professional at every stage even from the start at booking the appointment. It was my first time visiting this office and safe to say I WILL RETURN. I felt actually cared for regarding the health of my eyes and not just my business. Would recommend to others!

Dr Tran was informative, professional and helpful. Shes great. However the staff members are AWFUL. Specifically Manny (male associate) was unprofessional and overcharged us $178 (after telling him exactly what we wanted, he charged us for glasses we did not ask for). When questioned, his comments were rude and he begrudgingly refunded us what he overcharged. I would not return to this location with Manny as a team member to speak to guests. I would continue being a patient of Dr. Tran if she was as at a different facility that employed professional & competent employees so needless to say I will not be returning to this location for any reason!

Dr. Tran amd staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tran goes into detail about the anatomy of the eye and makes an eye exam easy and beneficial.

Manny was polite and patient with answering all questions regarding prescription glasses and eyewear.

Seamless experience, would highly recommend.
