This Dickeys was run into the ground bye previous owner. I stopped going here a couple years ago. Fast forward to Oct 2024 and there is a sign hanging outside that it is under new management. I decided to go. I drive through. At the window I am met by one of the new owners. Then the other 2 owners come and introduce themselves. They are amazing people. They realize they have a long road ahead trying to save this Dickey’s location but the changes they have already made are amazing. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with loaded potato casserole on the side. The pork sandwich was so good. The meat was moist and the bun was “melt in your mouth” fantastic. These three new owners are the only ones running this Dickeys right now which shows how badly they want to turn it around. Now it’s nothing like it was under he horrible management of the previous owner. I highly recommend this Dickeys. Don’t listen to the past reviews. They no longer apply. Give this Dickey’s on E Sprague in Spokane Valley a try. You will be so happy you did. Let’s help the new owners make their dream come true. By the way - your taste buds will thank you!!!!!!

This is the 4th time I’ve visited this location to find that they are out of baked potatoes. There’s always a reason, morning crew forgot, morning crew burned them, new employees didn’t get them done on time. This time they substituted the potato casserole without asking me! Do they do this on purpose because it’s easier than making baked potatoes? Thought with the new owners they would get this figured out. Guess not!

Employees were very nice, and the interior has been remodeled since the last time I was there and is tons better than it was. I really wanted to like the re-birthed location. Unfortunately the ribs don't even rate as "not good". They were crunchy on the outside and after 1 I ended up just throwing them out.
