I'd leave negative stars if I could. Ordered on Uber and 40 minutes later received a call from the Uber driver letting me know that the restaurant was out of everything we wanted. No call from the restaurant.
Terrible service from Dickey's.
It’s been a while since I last ordered anything from Dickeys and I was surprised…but not in a good way. I ordered beef brisket and pulled pork. I thought I was also ordering the traditional yummy ciabatta rolls Dickeys was famous for. What I received and was charged $10 for was 6 hamburger buns!! No joke. They were not even seasoned or toasted or anything!! I could’ve bought an 8 pack of the same exact buns from Walmart for half that price. I saved the buns for use in the next back yard BBQ we have. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. Those ciabatta rolls were the whole reason I ordered from Dickeys to begin with. I believe this is the last time our household will be ordering anything from Dickeys. So disappointed. ☹️
Stopped by on my way back from Idaho and definitely wasn't expecting much..but boy was I surprised! I ordered the 3 meat plate with brisket,rib,and pulled pork. Food was hot and fresh,and service was also great. Will definitely stop by again if I'm ever in that area.
