Very fast service on the floor. Asked to have North Face jackets unlocked so my daughter could try some on. Same fast and friendly service when she needed entry to the fitting room. We passed at least 4 employees on the floor as we shopped. So happy with this store, as usual.

Stock was pretty garbag prices weren't competitive and an unannounced fire alarm drill made the trip more frustrating. With only one cashier being available I left without the merchandise I was looking to buy. This place continues to go down hill.

The Shoe department is a nightmare. There is no rhyme or reason to the location of the cleats. They have shoes on display for which they don't have stock. The sizes are all intermingled instyle's. So it's basically impossible to find what you want. There's no way to shopping experience can compare with Amazon. I walked into a store because I wanted to find a particular shoe and try it on. If it's not there and easily accessible, there's no point.
