The folks working in the shoe department were wonderful which is why I rated this 2/5. However, the rest of the staff was rude. I went to try on clothes and pressed the button of the changing room. No one came by, so I moved to another room and pressed the button. I thought maybe the other was broke. No one came by. So, I sought someone out. I asked politely for a room, he told me to press the button and someone would be by. Before I could say that I tried, he walked away.
Not even 5 minutes later he opened a room for another group. He looked directly at me standing by my dressing room and walked away when I was clearly waiting. THEN, my husband went to grab some help. The man who finally came to help said very rudely “you can just press the button next time” and I told him I tried (multiple times) and no one came by. He was dismissive and rude. They made it an awful experience.
