Staff was okay, i was welcomed in by a young man that was very jittery and seemed to be under lots of stress. A group of working teens in the back just chatted with one another and didn’t acknowledge me. Some how, all these folks messed up my online order.
The store its self is decently clean, however the workers can use some more training.

I am a huge sports playing enthusiast and I go to Dick's Sporting Goods and Big 5 and other sports stores all the time. This store was extremely big with a great inventory and was very clean and organized. The best thing about this store was the stellar customer service we received from a gentleman named Fred. He met us in the golf section and asked if we need help with anything, and we explained we were looking for a first time ladies golf set for my girlfriend. He not only showed us all they had to offer, he ended up being an incredibly knowledgeable golf expert and told us all about a good set for her as a first time golfer. He then took us to a demo swing area that we didn't even know was there and let her demo the different clubs and also gave her some tips and pointers on how to use them better. We came into the store to look at clubs to try to get my girlfriend more motivated to play golf with me and left with her feeling way happier and interested in golf than I could have gotten her to be, thanks to the very charismatic and knowledgeable customer service of Fred. We spent $260 on everything and it was worth every penny and we could not have gotten that satisfaction with our purchase if we bought online. I go to sports stores all the time and this was the best customer service I've ever had!

I ordered Callaway XR OS Irons - Steel for in store pickup. I was able to pickup same day with curbside pickup. When I got home, I noticed that the irons looked used. I called the shop and went back to get the issue resolved. Despite the goof by whoever packaged and gave me the original, used irons, the shop resolved the issue quickly. Juan, Fred, and the three younger gentlemen working the front were all helpful on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 evening (just before closing). Shortly after the purchase, the irons went on sale and I was able to easily get the irons price adjusted online. Overall great experience.
