Horrible customer service. I usually go to the Issaquah location but wanted to see what this location had. I purchased 5 nikes no one stopped and asked if I needed help. Workers too busy having conversations with each other. Cashier *Y(not using full name) couldn't scan a bag of crackers instead of grabbing another she just looked at me.

Everyone that I encountered has asked me the lack of organization for the shoes. I asked an employee if they have the size I need, he scanned it and said there were 2 available but he didn’t help me find it but told me that it’s on the wall. On the wall there’s a bunch of boxes front and back, I had to search on my knees each row to find my size. Same goes for my wife she said that the shoes were unorganized and hard to find the model since it was placed in different spots. Some boxes were scattered for example ghost 15 were mixed with Adrenaline models. Overall at least the staff were friendly.

I’ve came here several times in the past few months. Today I had a great experience. Katrina was very kind and friendly. She followed up with me on a past purchase I made yesterday as I happened to see her again today while picking up the last of my hiking gear. She’s a great addition to the staff here. Thank you.
