Walked in on a slow day and saw several employees just standing around by the front, talking. Clothes and shoes are in the wrong spots throughout the store. If I wasn’t trying to cheer someone up with a quick gift, I would have left without spending a dollar.
Spent 30mins digging through boxes of shoes, trying to find the ones on display, and after 25mins, no one offered to help. On my way back to the register, saw things of interest that were in the wrong location, and/or missing tags… or in the wrong section. Got to the front and three employees and the security guard are still just talking. The guy asks if I found everything, and I was not really, this place is a mess. Apparently, he already knew, or didn’t care, becatse he didn’t ask for clarification, as I paid full retail for the third best item I wanted to buy. No pride.
