"U pull it"... not! Went there to see about a part on a vehicle. Brought tools to remove 3 bolts for an alternator bracket I needed. They told me they have to come with me to look at the part. Got to the car and pointed at what I wanted. They told me they will have to do it and will call me when they have it pulled. Tf??? 2.5 weeks later and still haven't heard from them. Got the part I needed from B&R instead.

Awful customer service and will scam you out of your money. Go elsewhere… if i could rate this place with no stars at all I would.

Very disappointed on the staff because I have gotten few parts and mostly all of them have not worked. Why sell something not functioning properly and the staff no good they should hire someone that actually knows
