The team at Dictation Direct have been exceptional to work with. They assisted with my Dragon medical dictation set up and the ongoing technical support is impeccable… best I’ve ever experienced. You can tell that they truly care about their clients. I am already saving time and improving my documentation. I almost never take the time to leave reviews but they are that good.
