Horrible Service with SCAM. My girlfriend went there to pick up for my birthday present. Obviously, she didn’t know anything about diecast. They said it was a brand new product, but obviously it was a open box(resealed). Also, there was 4 left side mirrors only with broken airducts! I am assuming they gave my girlfriend a defected + open box item because she looks like she doesn’t know anything about diecast. I went back to the store, asking for the refund. The guy said the it has to go through the refund system so I have to email the manager since manager was not at the store. I drived for 1 hour just to get the replacement! The guy at the store said he can’t even call the manager for me because he is not able to. What kind of system is this? Is calling manager for the defected item is that hard??!!!!??!!!!! After he said that he told me to not waste his time and was completely ignoring me by doing his job on computer. After 30 minutes trying to talking to him, he finally called his manager(which he said it’s impossible) and gave me the new product. I wasn’t able to get a refund for it. Totally wasted my 4 hours.

I've had great experience with the customer service At DMW. They really are well stocked on everything. And they are very prompt to answer your questions on product availability if you have their number handy. And when products are going to come out. I Have a big wish list that I hope to fulfill in the near future. And the coupon code really helps getting 10% off at checkout. They really are the most affordable option when it comes to buying model cars. And their customer service is second to none.
