Staff is friendly and helpful. Subject matter experts are always in the store to answer questions and have discussions about. They encourage people to keep learning and get into new, fun hobbies. Event calendars are posted and easy to read. Good music, great selection for TTRPGs and comics

My first trip, Clean nicely displayed shop, only not so great prices that are quite higher than regular suggested retail online or other local places. I asked for the price of a Pokemon go ETB and the associate looked it up on the computer and said $79. I passed andwas telling a friend about it a little later, pulled up website and you have it listed for $40? It's almost insulting that I would be put on the spot like that in the shop to make the sale. I would have bought it for 40 bucks. Just a little disappointing and would probably feel uncomfortable to inquire in store again.

Prices are insane. I unfortunately bought a pokemon ETB from them. My total was about $74.00. Then seen the same one at game stop and Walmart for $44. I have also bought over 20 packs of pokemon cards in the last couple months. Not one hit. Makes me think they weight them and keep the heavy ones and then sell the light ones. I got the same packs at book and game. Bam hit bam hit bam hit. I'll never buy another pack of pokemon again from them.
