My family and I have been here several times now (2 adults and 1 - 8 year old). We have really enjoyed our time both playing games together and separately. We went ahead and got the monthly membership, we will definitely be back regularly.

Michelle and Gin were amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable about the VR games. We had 5 teens entertained for 2.5 hrs. Every time they wanted to switch out the games and headsets, either Michelle or Gin helped to make adjustments to the equipment. I also watched while both helped other customers rotate through, providing more than just customer service but true kindness, knowing that it’s a new technology. All ages were welcome and seemed to have a great time!

The owners, Michelle and Hanjin, and everybody in the store including Noah and Rob are all very kind and friendly. I hosted two private events with over 34 people in total and we all had a blast. The experience is affordable and the accommodation is superb. The games are always very fun and easy to learn, and the staff are always willing to help.
