If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a headset that I thought was being purchased directly from the manufacturer. It was not, it was actually through Digital River. However, when I tried to contact Digital River for a refund due to receiving the product damaged, their policy does not provide information on who to contact within Digital River for a refund. They try to link you back to the manufacturer even though the sales warranty falls under their company. The Digital River policy to request a refund is to contact them within 5 days of receipt of the product, however, they provide no information on a phone number or website. I am on day 4 of trying to contact them and trying to find out who to call and email with pics. VERY DECEITFUL!!
