Staff is great! Really enjoyed Miguel as my PFT technician. I've always had a good experience at the medical center. Treat people the way you want to be treated, sugar goes along ways. You never know if the person you're talking to is having a bad day, so give them some slack and try to brighten their day.

Had to wait 5 hours to be seen at 12:30 at night when it wasn't busy. Seen the doctor once and the nurse came in twice. Nobody checked up on me. When I press the call button somebody came once out of all the times I pressed it. The staff didn't seem to care. The nurses seem uneducated, speaking as a nurse myself. The quality of care was absolutely horrible.

The doctors were excellent, however, part of the nurse staff was horrible. They acted as if helping patients was not their job, they were uninformed about the post op information and couldn't answer questions. They spent their time talking about their botox injections and how their lips felt "sticky" rather than helping patients. I realized they weren't and couldn't help so I left far before I probably should have. Not all the nurses were bad, some were great, but a big portion significantly fell below expectations.
