(1) I ordered an expensive ($3300) Gus Modern Jane Sectional from this place. Said it would arrive in three weeks. It didn't. I called them; after some confusion they said it would arrive in three more weeks with some weak excuse. Seems like they just forgot to order it.
(2) Item eventually arrived. I had previously owned one of these sectionals and was impressed with the build quality, so much so that I ordered a second one years later (after the other had gone to a friend). Sadly Gus Modern decided to cash in on their reputation and the new model was flimsy cardboard; worse than IKEA quality! I put my knee through the back of it just nudging it around my apartment! Remember this is a $3300 (!!!) piece of furniture! It should be built like a tank.
(3) Started emailing DIGS about above issue. Gave me the runaround for a few months. At no time did they proactively reach out to move the process forward, things only happened after I sent reminder emails or calls. They were happy to take my money but not happy to have to care about the products they sold.
(4) DIGS refused to issue any sort of refund or compensation for selling me this obviously terrible piece of furniture. I was out $3300 for a sub-par sectional that was worth at most a few hundred $.
This store does not stand behind the products they sell. What's the point of their existence? Why should I even buy from them when I can just order from some random online store and similarly get zero customer service? Do not trust this place with your money.
