I was in the men's fragrance area. I was attended by Natalie. Let me tell you about this young lady. She was so patient with me and kind. She went out of her way to help me. I had such a good time with her. I hope someone from Dillard's reads this and celebrates this young woman's skill at this work she does.

The men’s department is just wonderful. See Malcolm he is so helpful and is so knowledgeable. It is quick and easy in and out. The store is always clean and neat which makes everything easy to find. They also have high quality store brands and run great sales year round. Their return policy is one of the best in the business and are focused on making sure the customer is happy

Leslie in the men’s department is great she helped me find an outfit for an event and I don’t usually where anything but work clothes very thankful for her service
