This may be the last great large scale department store. I searched all over town for holiday dresses and finally ended up at Dillard's. It is freestanding and out of the way for me, not at a mall or anything. But the customer service was exceptional. The store is clean and organized. There are sales associates who will ask how you are doing and bring you different sizes. It brought back the thrill of shopping with my grandmother at Saks 5th Avenue when I was younger. I would recommend this store a million times over anything at the mall or discount/ outlet stores! Truly a great shopping experience!
