I have received nothing but great and positive help when I come into Dillards and look at fragrances, I always get great advice and they let me try out anything that I ask for and have a lot of patience. I have purchased over 5 colognes from here and I have no regrets.

I would highly recommend going to Dillard's for Cologne. With all the fakes out there, I was apprehensive in spending all that money on counterfeits. So I did my research on real v fake
and was completely satisfied with their quality. Please do your research, avoid being disappointed by fake..

Do not let Tammy take care of you, -1000/10 experience! She works in the perfume/cologne department, just so everyone knows. She barely knew anything about the products she was asked about which should’ve been the first sign but topped it off by scamming me into getting a credit card. She said “it’s a rewards system for Dillards and if you make a purchase over $100 than you can get 10% off next time.” After my account was already set up I see on the card reader an ad for their credit card, so I asked her if that’s what I just signed up for and after pulling it out of her she admitted to it being a credit card not just a rewards system. I had to call their customer service and after being transferred to multiple people eventually got the account canceled. Tammy is a horrible employee, if you go there make sure she doesn’t scam you too.
