Kasey is amazing! She helped my boyfriend and me find the perfect cologne and perfume for each other. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She had great energy and made a simple trip to the store a whole experience for us.

We shop at dillards for their quality of merchandise. The only issue we had at our last visit was the shortage of cashiers available. We got used to having a cashier in most if not all of the departements. We only found a couple available in the entire store. It's not a game changer, but for the extra costs of their products, I kinda expect the store to provide better service.
