It's one of the best Dillard's we have been to, but parking is limited, especially if you are handicapped ♿️. Avoid going during the weekends. It gets way too crowded.

I want to give a shout out to Mrs. Lisa and the beautiful lady with the hijabi for helping me in the watch section today. My friend bought me a new watch for my birthday last Monday on Labor Day and he left out of town with the physical receipt but I still had the yellow proof of purchase sticker.
when I opened the watch and put it on and had it adjusted with the watch men, it wasn’t working. Lisa and the other lady (I didn’t get her name 😞) helped me with getting it fixed in no time even with the two watch specialists being out today. Thank you ladies . You are the best! I will come back and see you again 🥰

I had to put together an outfit for an event and the three staff members who assisted me were some of if not the most knowledgeable, kind, and helpful workers I’ve ever encountered when out shopping. Kudos to Dillards and its team for A+ service and professionalism
