The store does not open until 11am during Christmas season which was a surprise. Wheel chair is available but you have to leave an ID for use, so you have to have someone get it if you need it. The clothing racks were not spaced for wheelchair access. The sales clerk was very helpful. The selection in the Plus size department was limited in slacks, most were what I consider casual wear pants. Decorations were nice, especially at entrance. This was my first time in this store.

Love Dillards..its high end stuff & high priced on some items, but you get good quality/brands. So thankful we still have it! I usually wait for sales & can get a discount.

I always come into Dillards to get my perfume because it has a large variety which is awesome. The last couple times I’ve been getting helped out by Alyssa and she is honestly the nicest most patient person I’ve met if you have no idea what kind of perfume you’re looking for or where to start she will help you And be AWSOME through the entire process! So, if your looking for a new fragrance and you need some guidance I recommend her 100%
