Great department store. Kind of small, like the mall overall. This is probably the highlight of this mall, maybe except the aquarium. People are cool, great selection of clothes, fragrances, and the people know what to recommend. One note: I noticed several customers in here either wearing masks wrong or not at all. Employees ought to step up enforcement there.

I went to dillards the other day and and was having a hard time finding the right hair and skin care product. An associate named cheyenne came over and found me the right product and was super kind and she knew a lot about the product. I had an amazing experience because of her.

My mom and I LOVE the Clinique counter at this Dillard's location. Cheyenne is amazing!! So sweet willing to answer any questions and helped us find exactly what we needed. Her style is amazing, loved her hair!! She looked so professional and classy! When we go back we'll be asking for her!
