I had to return so shoes 👞 that weren't quite the right size but there was no problem whatsoever. Exchanged and got the right size and shopped for a couple of other things. Dillard's is a class act place. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be returning in the future. Very pleased with how the whole experience went. 😊👍

I went here yesterday and found a dress to buy for prom. My dad was going to buy it so I asked them to put it on hold. They said they would hold it until 8pm that night when they close. My dad went to the store at about 6:30pm and they had disregarded the fact that it was on hold and sold it to someone else. There was no other dress in my size in store so we had to order it and they would give us no sort of discount or anything to make up for their neglectfulness. If i could give zero stars I would. This was an awful experience.

Bought these for my husband, he tried them on inside our house and they were the wrong size. The cashier refused to return these after one day of purchasing because the sole is “just absolutely so dirty”. I’m sorry but there is not even a spec of dirt on these? I had the receipt and everything and they refused to return these.
