I’ve been meaning to post this since Christmas time. Lana Koborsi, the Handbag Specialist helped me find the exact purse and matching wallet for a gift. I was in a massive hurry and she was such a help! During the holiday seasons, it’s hard to find upbeat workers since I know they’re all tired of the long hours but Ms. Lana didn’t act like that at all! She was professional and patient with me as I scrambled. I’m happy to have found her! Definitely a hard worker!

I was hoping to buy clothes for my upcoming Caribbean trip. I walked around a section in the men’s department for 15 minutes waiting for someone to approach me. No one ever did but they did approach other customers. I didn’t buy the clothes I wanted because of principle. Fortunately for Macy’s, a sales person approached me and helped me get what I needed.

Was able to buy a pair of jeans that I have been looking for months for. Plus, it was tax-free weekend and I got them for a great deal!
