I don't usually leave bad reviews anywhere and the only reason for the one star is so that everybody sees this. I visited today the jewelry department searching for something. I came up to this older lady named Jackie, Not only her energy was so down and depressing. She was also rude.. And I remained nice and sweet with her, but that didn't help anything. She made me feel as if I wasn't welcome there. Someone needs to tell her, That's not how to treat customers. Dillards in Scottsdale, Please do better.

I don't even know where to begin! I've never been to Dillards's before, but I sure wish I would have. Outstanding sales men/women in the perfume department (I and my son only went for the smell goods) 🤣😂The saleslay that we mostly w9rked wih was INCREDIBLE!!!! She knew her stuff. There was absolutely no doubt about that!!!! I was and still am impressed with the store and the mall itself.

Had a nice experience at Dillard’s FS mall. Laly was very helpful and courteous. Got my fitting room started, gave me suggestions after I shared I was looking in general at the end of season sale offers. I appreciate being asked if I would like my clothes on the hangers or not. I was also greeted nicely by a pretty petite brunette in the lingerie department. I was taking what I wanted to try on to 1 fitting room upstairs, where Laly has started one for me. I wasn’t in the mood to get undressed/dressed more than once. A better option.
