Had a living room set of couches (1 3 seater, 1 love seat, 1 armchair) and a desk removed from my apartment. Had to reschedule the day before on a Sunday for the Monday appointment to a later time on that day and they were responsive and easily amended the timing (they were also responsive when I had to add the desk to the booking as well). The couches had to have the legs unscrewed to fit through the door, and the guys who came to remove the furniture did so without fuss and efficiently got the job done. Overall this was convenient and easy to book, and quick responses if you contact them through their support email.

I've lived in the Mission for ~3.5 years. Throughout my time here, we've had people move in and out and removing their larger furniture items has always been an issue and difficult to setup with service providers. As i'm moving out, Trash Warrior has provided an excellent and easy to use service.
After using them twice, the providers both showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and were very friendly. Would highly recommend Trash Warrior!

Needed to remove a bulky futon. I live by myself in San Diego, CA on the 3rd floor with no elevators. I cannot remove it from my home on my own and don't have a vehicle to haul it away. Convenience is key for me. With Trash Warrior, I was able to easily schedule an appointment online which led to email exchanges with the pick-up vendor. On the day of, communication from the driver was great: he called saying he may be slightly late due to a longer than usual line at the landfill and asked if the new time was ok (which was only about 30 minutes later). He called again when he was directly on his way to me, arrived when he said he would, was in and out in my place in no time and now I have extra space in my place without moving a muscle. Perfect.
