We are undergoing a full basement remodel, but handling it on our own, rather than through a contractor. When it came to permitting for the City of Edmonds I wanted professional plans. I contacted many architect firms in the area who were either too busy or wouldn't take soemoen for drafting services only. I am so thankful I came across Jeremy Smith and the whole team at Dimensions. We were able to work just with their drafting department to get a full set of drawings for submission to the city. They worked with us to make sure everything we needed was just right, talked through multiple changes/adjustments, and answered all of our questions. They were very easy to work with, timely, and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone needing their services.
