Wonderful customer service with Pedro. He was patient and brought out several items for my husband to try on. Pedro made sure we were happy with our purchase and wasn’t pushy. If you are looking for great advice and great customer service, ask for Pedro!

Wow. Just wow. Never got his name & I don’t think he cared much about giving it anyway. The tallest sales person in the room, 6ft or more, real skinny Asian looking maybe Chinese. He must be an owner or shareholder of Dior to feel like he has all the right or privilege to have the grandest attitude. Was actually trying to have a conversation whether or not I’m sold with the item I came for. Instead just nasty attitude from body gestures to one word comments. In the end I said I’ll stick with my first choice but they didn’t have the size and would have to purchase online. So I said thank you for all his help. He ignored me, clean up the box. I said thank you again as I got up, ignored me, did not make an eye contact as if he was so privilege, not to mention HE IS JUST A REGULAR EMPLOYEE here, ignored us again, looking annoyed & walked pass us. How thrilled are you to purchase any item from them after that kind of service? Amazing what customer service can do because it really does change peoples perspective not only of the store or employee but the company as a whole. Every company employee as big as DIOR are always a reflection of how great every company is. In this case, I guess that speaks for itself.
