Is five stars the max? Dipali absolutely deserves more.
I have zero doubt, that my family and I would not be sitting in our dream home right now if it was not for her. I will forever be in her debt. I was ready to walk away from this home due to issues with the selling agent. She was able to somehow understand better than me, that this home was where I belonged in, and was able to make the sale happen.
Her knowledge of the industry, her professionalism, attention to detail, and her ability to listen and really be able to understand and anticipate her client's needs are unparalleled. She is a true master at her craft. I'm not just talking about just her understanding of the real estate market and the homes she is selling. I'm talking about EVERYTHING adjacent to that as well. We had so many questions regarding the different city laws around different types of permits, to tree removal, to sewer laterals, taxes, to termites and fumigation, to financing, to renovations, and pools, and roofs, school zones, commutes, fire/landslide/earthquake hazards/risks, the list goes on. She was able to get quick answers to ALL related questions, and had relationships with contractors, and banks, and countless other resources to help get more information and/or solutions to all our concerns.
She constantly exceeded our expectations. She was always available to us, making us ask her if we here her only clients (of course we weren't). What's more is that she was not just available to us, she was proactively anticipating things we may need down the road, or providing us information that we weren't even aware we were going to need. She truly made us feel like family (the kind that actually love each other). Even weeks after the sale, she was checking in to make sure we were happy and asked she could help with anything!
I can keep going, but the bottom line here is, you will not find a better real estate agent - a better person - that genuinely cares for your happiness and someone you can completely trust.
Thank you Dipali!!!
