Half of the WASHERS & DRYERS don't work. FIX YOUR MACHINES. No wifi. Trashy parking lot. Always smells like poop from people washing soiled linen. Only nice thing is paying with app.

Currently here washing and drying. Myself and about 5 other people tonight have paid EXTRA for a deep clean with hot water. Upon us opening us starting that washer. There was hot water was flowing. We asked the cleaning lady that was here and she said “Oh let me go check if it works”. Came back and than said “The Hot water is broken and had been for awhile”. So why! Are they charging us $1.50 extra for a deep clean with hot water. If there is no accessible water here. They didn’t put up a sign or let anyone know. Until we all started to complain. We asked for the owners number. And the lady dumb founded pointed to the machine to insert cash. We asked who we can speak too and she has no answers. The fact that we can’t even wash our clothes properly due to this inconvenience that they have been knowing about. It absorbed. It will definitely be reported for this issue.

The attendant was on duty. The place was clean. Very few machines were out of order. The free drying was a plus. The only negative is they could be a few more baskets.
