You may find this hard to believe but both the 1-star and 5-star reviews are accurate. I have been taking my mountain and road bikes in to the shop for a long time. The owner/manager is outstanding and provides excellent service. The mechanics are very competent, hard-working and quick. On my last trip in to get a flat repaired, however, they were all busy. The customer service person (female) ignored me for over ten minutes
Since that time, I have returned, and they have been outstanding.
