Oct 2015: We had a fantastic experience there when we purchase our washer and dryer. Great service, prices and selection! We plan to buy all our future appliances there. Update: Jan. 2016, Had a problem with our dryer but were able to get it fixed within 2 days with their warranty service. I even offered a straight up switch if we needed it right away. Update:2-5-2016, bought a freezer there as well and had another fantastic experience.

I called the wrong number today and am so glad I did! Steven went above and beyond to help me out with a washer and dryer issue (that I did not purchase from Discount City and WISH I HAD DONE SO). The customer service is personable and professional and the warranties on their appliances are so much better than other businesses like this. Steve definitely won me over as a future customer and I would not hesitate to buy appliances from this family owned business. Thank you Steve for all your help, your knowledge is incredible and you are a "real person" who cares about others and not a "sales pitch" - not to mention the prices are the best in town :). Chris

We bought a washer and dryer set, and we're very happy with them (so far). We paid a bit more than we wanted to for a used set, but they did come with a warranty, and they did give us a discount when we asked about the final price. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm sure I will be back to do business with them again if I need anything else.
