I had such a pleasant experience working with William finding the perfect pool filter for my needs. He was attentive, helpful, and went the extra mile (literally, he drove to my home for a special delivery!). He was respectful, friendly, accessible and knowledgable. The customer service went above and beyond what I expected, and I will always return to them whenever needed. I couldn't recommend them higher!

I live in Los Angeles and I drive all the way here just to get my pool supplies. Nice people working here . Prices are fair. I love enjoy coming here. Thank you guys

I took my pool cleaner in today and was kindly greeted by one of the employees. I told him that my cleaner wasn’t moving at all. He immediately help me and took it apart knowing exactly what the problem was. He replaced a few parts that were missing from inside the unit and got it back to perfect working condition and didn’t even charge me a dime. Now that’s excellent customer service.
