I used to like this place. Today, however, I met Dave the Manager. His guys chipped and scratched every wheel on my car when I purchased a set of tires 2 days ago. I went down and spoke to Dave this afternoon and found him to be disingenuous and condescending. He said things like you have to expect some “depreciation” in the wheel when a tire is mounted. OK, a tiny scratch on 1 or 2 wheels I could live with. All 4 were chipped and some scratched. Dave said "we might be responsible for the one mark but the others could be from road debris". Right! I clean my own car, including the wheels. They were perfect before I visited this location (the wheels had never been off the car). Dave the Manager wanted me to let you all know he offered to paint my wheels for me. If he had taken responsibility for the damage I might have accepted his offer. But because of his patronizing attitude, no.

We've been going to this Discount Tire store since we got here over four years ago and definitely recommend them. We've gotten three sets of tires from them and are extremely happy with all of our interactions with them.
They never tried to up-sell us for more expensive tires and at one point suggested we could wait a few months longer before replacing our tires. They patched a nail in a tire that we did not purchase from them and refused to charge us for it. They also replaced the lug nuts on all four of the wheels on my truck (with lug nuts I provided) and also refused to charge me for it.
There's a lot more to tires than just the price. We'll keep going to our awesome local Discount Tire store.

TRISTIN was so kind and FAST at coming to my roadside rescue. He had my flat tire off and spare on. I was on my way within 10 minutes.
