I heard they check your tires for free and if needed to be plugged then thatd be free too as long as not on sidewall..checled the site..said the same. Wow. So.. i thought i have to try it. They are close. I had one tire that my car was telling that it was low night before. I thought I set an appointment early in the morning. I guess It wasn't set or maybe online glitch. But I went down there and went in and met a guy at the desk i felt kinda bug eyed. Im like here we go i know those kind of spirits..but i liek to be nice to people. I'm just gonna say I'm pretty intuitive on contact or when i see your eyes. Period..picked up may be manipulative or controller or not listen well.. yup.. but I thought let me see if he would help..we didn't find my appointment on file .but I explained, "well it's just a tire check. My senser is saying one is low.. do u check ..and maybe for free..?." .. he says "sure sure.". so he takes keys..goes out reads tred depth i guess. Comes back to tell me about that. My car never went into the garage once..ok.. Proceeds to sell tires to me. I said i cant buy a tires today. He says ok.
I Asked again did it have a nail. Can u giys check or u.. For, that was my original explained concern. He never had them really check it. He went out again maybe to look for nail now...but came back to say well if u want, we have used or cheaper tires.. i said clearly again i cant buy a tire today..even if you try to literally re word it.. unless its free. Heheh
I Had to say it like that knowing that im dealing with someone who manipulates in their own circle..I can bet u and win. 👁👁 and thinks people cant read them. I just dont Like that. i feel its lacking understanding. Not prefessional. Its not smooth interaction. Theres a static... ..He kinda laughed ...he then said, "well what if you're tired just has a leak or it's old and you need to replace it. If I take it off and something's wrong with it then I can't put it back on."
Just say that in the beginning. My tred was a bit low but i work from home.reading spirits all day lol.. i dont commute barely ever any where. so new tires are not priority. Im knowing.They can wait few weeks. If it was against their policy to check a tire if tred is a bit low but not very low...then let a mf know. Just say. So tire never got checked. He finally said u go just go to the back and do the free air check for your self it's self serve..
So I'm just going to say that that manipulative Spirit was not direct or truthful with that either because when you pull around the back the nice service guys check it all for you. It was not like you have to get out and check it yourself or something. So you guys need to check your worker. I don't care if people have emotional issues or mental issues or they like to slightly twist things or manipulate a little bit or get around a customer's question. bad to be have in a biz. cause it's the kind of person that complicates things or has a need to control and it will come out in different ways anyway I know those things because I work in a spiritual field so I'm just saying I can tell you what's not good around you. I like to be very respectful and nice people but beware when you guys go in and you see a bug-eyed guy LOL that it most likely won't be smooth interaction or transaction. I'm gonna say just go to back ...don't walk in. It's a whole diff vibe in the air check area.nice.direct. And he even said if your tire has an issue then they will take it in and really check it all for free.. he said if it goes low again come back. I should of dealt with him first. Nice black guy in the back with a nice smile.sincere. oh man..are you single.lol Good spirit. Sooo... First guy..bug eyed. was saying they can't take it off and find a nail or a leak and then put it back on without me buying a tire to leave or maybe putting my spare on. he never checked it.no help. then he said we have people here needing services. it wasnt even busy.i was never rude or demanding. he wont last..few months there. I wanna stand by d.t. but maybe by the back lol
This guys are awsome! I have stoped 3 times in this shop in the last year and every time they take care of me right away, even without appointment. Today Ricardo F. M. helped me inspect my tires and found the reason why my car vibrates. He offered me a reasonable price replacement tire and got my car out in about 30min. This is the place to shop for tires and get them serviced. Great job overal guys!
This place is seriously a waste of time. I've purchase two sets of tires here for two different cars because I thought that there warranty for repairs and replcement was well worth it. But I've been proven wrong more then once at this location. The customer service is non existent, the wait times are horrible, even if you have an appointment.
The incompetence shows form the management down. The 1st time daughter brings it in and explains the issue to the tech. He tells her no leak.
Then I find the leak with soapy water on 2 tires, 1 is a screw and the other a puncture leak. On the 2nd visit wife brings it in to the shop and explains the problem on both tires to tech again.
Tech finds the screw makes repair, but says no leak found on the other tire even after using a dunk tank. Wow
I bring it in for the 3rd time for the same air leak that they can't find from the last 2 previous visits. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least.
I will not buy my tires from here again! I'll stick with Costco from now on, and avoid this place and the headaches that come with it.
