Discount as a whole has gone downhill tremendously in the last year, but this location has made that very clear. They’re hardly competitive on pricing anymore and their fees have risen exponentially. Their charge for road hazard warranties are through the roof now on expensive tires, nearly $200 for warranties on my truck tires. I go in with a nail in my nearly new tire, CLEARLY very near the shoulder and explain I’m concerned with trying to repair it since I tow very heavy and often in remote areas, I can’t risk a failure. They had no interest in replacing it under warranty. The guy in the bay removed the tire and confirmed the nail went in at an angle and was even closer to the sidewall inside, still wouldn’t warranty it! So now I have a tire I don’t trust to tow 15,000 lbs into the middle of nowhere and apparently bought $200 for warranties that mean nothing.

I came in with a damaged tire and left with a new one at a reasonable price. The customer service was top notch. Will definitely return for future service.
