Needed to get 4 new tires for my Alfa Romeo, ASAP. Discount Tire had my “rare” tire, I came in as a walk-in, my car was done in 1.5 hrs.
The service was amazing, compared to Pepboys. Thanks to Discount I was able to get a better tire for a cheaper price, plus tire mount.

Couldn’t get air in one of my tires took it here they confirmed nothing was wrong and Adan checked all four tires to make sure everything was in top shape. Filled them up and sent us on our way. Very grateful

First let me say I’m a long time customer at discount tire. Basically as long as I’ve had a license. I’ve had great experiences in the past and always am grateful for their efficiency and friendliness when I go in. This last trip to the Santee location has left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in for a tire rotation and let them know I’m missing a bolt to my hub cap cover on one of my moto metal wheels. They said they didn’t have replacements which was fine with me and said I could try to find one at Lowe’s. Fast forward to the end of my appointment, I get in the truck and head to Lowe’s to find a bolt. When I got out of the truck I immediately noticed they hadn’t tightened the screw on one of the hub caps, coincidentally the hub cap with only one bolt. The cap had shuffled and ended up scuffing the inside of my wheel. I walk to the other side to inspect for any other damage and see that they had broken a bolt off in the wheel and that my other rear wheel was only being held on by one bolt as well. I got home and tried to remove it myself and it’s clear whoever tried installing the bolt just tightened down until it wouldn’t move anymore. Definitely cross threaded and now I’m going to have to pay to get the bolt removed assuming the wheel threads can be retapped. At the end of the day I now have two damaged wheels that were completely fine when I took the truck into the shop. I don’t believe all discount tires work is of this quality but it’s clear that the employees at this location haven’t had enough training or supervision. I hope anyone reading this considers discount tire still, I would still recommend the mission gorge location.
