This morning I drove all the way from Renton to this store in Bellingham. I bought new tires for my 21 Toyota Highlander last year the discontinued the tire my store told me they had one in Bellingham. I spoke to Lukas last night. He ran and found the tire put it on hold for me. I call again this morning to see if my road warranty could still be used for it even though I didn’t have the tire ( I was T boned and the body shop put on a totally different brand of tire and even didn’t program the tire sensors) when I got up there I was told it would probably be two hours before my car would be done . Lukas immediately took my car back. Changed the tire, and reset the sensors. We were back on the road in less than 20 minutes. 🙌🏼 I wish he worked at my store in renton! He went above and beyond for customer service. Thank you Lukas!
