Just got around to swapping my all season tires back onto my car and found out that they scratched up and chipped the paint on my premium factory wheels. It's a cosmetic thing, but I got the winter tires to keep these ones in good condition and that seems to have been negated by careless techs.

Just wanted to send the biggest thank you to these guys at Discount Tire. We were visiting the area from Canada when we discovered a razor blade in our tire. These guys were amazing and made sure we were back on the road safely. They went out of their way to find us a tire within our budget. A personal shout-out to Nathan for his great customer service and going above and beyond our expectations. If I could give you 10 stars, I would.

If you have given an appointment and cannot see us for even 1 hour, then y give out appointments and waste time. There should be a separate check in for folks with appointments or the ops team at store should ensure they call the folks the with appointment first. There are 10 people in line and we are forced to simply stand in line for the sake of courtesy (Even if we have appointment). Agreed. Folks were super busy on a Saturday. Quality of work and addressing customer pain is A+..
