I have had a wonderful customer experience every time I go here. Tires, in general, are not cheap but this is one of the few places I don't feel ripped off and like they do care. They do a great job. It's hard work but everyone looks happy, are very attentive yet not fake, they somehow find time to keep you posted and never act too busy to answer questions. I hope they stay exactly the same. I wish more places were like this.

Stopped in at Discount Tire few days ago to fix a slow leak. It was clear the leak was caused by the nail sticking out of the tread. I showed the the sales person the nail and she started talking about how this tire can't be fixed according to company policy. She only wanted to sell me a new tire. I left and went to Schwab and they fixed it in 20 minutes for FREE! Don't fall for their "policy" line, always get a second opinion.

I purchased a set of tires from another company because I had unsafe/concerning wear on my front tires. They did not provide the recomended alignment, so I scheduled one here. New tires installed, the report came back that I was within specs. I received schooling on the need to rotate per recomendations, but at least when I change my oil. They charged nothing for the diagnostic, but we all know they could have, and performed an alignment, but they did not. I was well prepared to do so. I'm unsure if the top tier business ethics are driven from this location only, or from the corporate level, but I'm reminded ( always reminded) what John Nordstrom said to us in the early 80's "Take care of the customer, and the customer will take care of you " It's an up front effort from the business, knowing it makes the customers, and the employees loyal...
