Kyle assisted us when we went to the store. They only had 2 people working in the front. He has to answer calls and help other customers while he was working with us.
Value for service is poor. They offered 15% employee discount on the previous purchase we had and now they weren't offering it. Change rules at they were will.
Excellent service and support by the staff! I ordered new tires online and made an appointment last Wednesday. Unfortunately, when I arrived this morning, 2 rear tires were not delivered to the store yet. I was told they would call me later when the tires arrived and I would get the installed ASAP. Even though the website I ordered from last Wednesday said they were available and ready to install, I had to reserve the earliest appointment which was for the following Monday. All in all, the staff took good care of me and my vehicle. I was able to get in and out in about 1 Earth hour. Shame on me for not calling ahead to ensure everything was good to go, I guess. I did receive numerous text messages reminding me about my appointment over the past few days, but not a mention of tires being out of stock or being shipped to this store. 🤷🏽♂️
