I come here at least 2 times a month to get free air on my tires and they see me waiting and they don’t care to come and say how long I’d have to wait. They just stare. I’m here right now and been waiting for over 10 minutes now. Just stares. I don’t get it. It doesn’t take that long to put air in the tires. Is it that hard for them? Wouldn’t recommend coming here for air. Just do it yourself else where. Btw why do you guys have services such as free air if you guys aren’t going to give it! You guys rather fix those tires because your getting paid alright well remove the free air service.

I have lived near Discount Tire at the Outlet Collection for about 12 yrs now. I've had 3 cars in that time and have had to use DT many times, including buying a pair of tires on two different occasions. I can't say enough good things about DT. The staff has always been the best. Professional and cheerful. Yes, they are always busy but I'm sure it's because others love them as much as I do!!!

I recently took my dad's car to Discount Tire for a patch on a brand-new set of tires we bought less than 5 weeks ago. They told us the puncture was slightly on the side and couldn't be patched, so they tried to push us into buying an entirely new tire. We just replaced these tires 5 weeks ago! Issic, the representative, was incredibly unhelpful and seemed more interested in upselling than actually helping. When we asked them to just put the tire back on, they did but left it underinflated, and we had to fill it ourselves.

We ended up taking the car to Les Schwab, where they patched it for free without any issues. That’s customer service! I’ll be taking my business there from now on and letting friends and family know about our experience at Discount Tire. I’ve lost trust in Discount Tire. Not recommended to anyone!!
