I had a appointment this morning that was made last week for a tire rotation and balance. My appointment time was 1030 as to not have the techs working in the heat on my vehicle. I arrived at 1015 and checked in and was told it would be 1 hour at tops. At 1115 my vehicle was not pulled in yet. I knew it would be not done in 15 min of course. So I went back inside and asked for my keys back since I took off from work for this appointment. The guy in the red shirt said they still had two cars in front of me because they had a call off. "IF" I was told that when I checked in, I could have arranged for extra time off from my manager, but it did not happen/told to me. Thanks for wasting my time and loosing money/wages.

They get a 5 for in customer service! Wait time was a but much, but honestly, at no fault to those working. I think they were very short staffed due to an illness going around. Tony helped me with wheels and tires, and I'm super happy with how they turned out.

We bought 4 new tires each for our Audi ($644) and Nissan($665) cars in January from Tire Rack. We had them installed at the Discount Tires the next day. We were told the purchase includes future tires rotations and balances. We made appointments for today to have both car's tires rotated and balanced. After one hour past our appointment time, we were still waiting to receive the promised services. We have seen other customers came after us, bought tires, have their tires put on, and left. Our car was finally getting serviced after we inquired the representative. Ten minutes later, we were told the car's tires have been rotated, balanced ; tire pressures have been checked. All works were done within 10 minutes!? This shady business does not provide after sale care. Very dishonest!!!
