It was promised that results will be provided before next day midnight. We got tested on a Thursday, expecting the results to come before Friday midnight. However we received nothing, no results, no communication on any delays. Its now Saturday morning and we still haven't received anything yet. We will be potentially missing our flight because of their incompetence. Why would I pay for their extended "gold standard" service if they can't meet their policy?

Discovery Health saved us, we had appointments elsewhere for rapid Covid tests before our cruise and the people stiffed us. Discovery Health took us right in had out results in 15 minutes and even printed them for us (a group of 8) I recommend them anytime!

I used their services at their southcenter location for our travel testing and I wish I hadnt. Id rather save my money for a way more organized company with friendlier onsite staff. Their call center seemed nice but their onsite definitely was having issues. They didnt provide much support and the tall site manager that stepped in to help had the most condesending tone when she instruct us on how to register our other family members. She used endearing terms but was so condensding to us as if we were children. It was infuriating given my older parents didnt speak english well and just needed some guidance. Our friends tested with Carbon Health and we should have gone that route.
