This is a review about a LIAR store management or supervisor from this store (Santa Anita Mall, Arcadia). I bought an Aladdin Limited Edition lamp online but I received a damaged box and lamp is defective since they produced (not damaged while shipping). I mean who wants to receive a damaged box and defective product when you pay ($149.99+tax=$165)? So I went and showed it to a woman at that store on 06/10/2019 at between 7:00 to 7:30pm. A mid-age good looking white woman (she looked like a manager) and she looked at it and said nothings wrong with it and all the lamps are like that so she’s not taking it back because it is a limited edition item. First of all, I have seen the display Lamps at several stores and also on instagram that people posted their purchase and review about the lamp and they are not like the one I got. So I said if all the lamps are like that then show me and she said it’s sold out at this location. WHAT A LAIR!!! She said “all the lamps are like the one I got (with defects) so how did she know about all 4000 lamps when limited edition items came all sealed up and you can only open the box when you purchase one and you can’t even see what’s inside? I understand if she can’t take it back cuz it LE item so she could easily mention some other options to try to return but she got all attitude face, didn’t even say “a sorry” and the worse thing is she LIED and made it like I got a $165 item defective is nothing wrong. She opened and took out everything from the box but didn’t even know how to put them back so she just gave me the box and lamp all unorganized and she left without even saying “a sorry”. I wonder who even hired A LIAR with a trashy attitude as a store manager.

Love Disney. Very friendly staff. The man that worked there was singing the song that was playing on the monitor, I thought hey that is so cool he knows the song and he helping people, and maintaining the floor. I love to see happy people especially at work.

It's Disney. Almost everything is cute and will make you happy. The prices are okay if it's on sale. Then you get to the checkout. Usually there's a line. Then the best part "We are trying to help the environment by not giving you bags for the $100.00 of Mickey junk you just bought, but we can sell you a reusable bag so you can actually make it out of the store without dropping half of it." Give me a bag! Paper, plastic, how about a giant rubberband? I with them on the whole environment thing until I look at all the toys packaged in cardboard and plastic. There's almost nothing I can do with it, but throw it away (into the rubbish can lined with the shopping bag from the store next door).
