Met Kim as the hosting agent at an open house. She was not welcoming or helpful, we rather felt judged. We for example asked about disclosures and she just mentioned a long document list and asked us to have a look ourselves.

Our experience with Diana Ip at District Homes was absolutely terrific. She devoted herself to making sure our house in the Oakland hills was staged and photographed beautifully, she walked us through all the complicated paperwork and disclosure steps, and she generally just made things very, very easy.
